TRUE HEALTH 'CARE' IS SELF-CARE

With our overrun health systems, normalisation of poor health and increasing levels of dis-ease there is no time like the present to have a better understanding of ourselves, what is driving our health & happiness and importantly, what we can do about it. 

 

Good health brings us back into balance with ourselves and our environment. It raises our energy, enabling us to heal (physically & emotionally), be more resilient, motivated, happier, creative and more productive.

 

We intuitively know that there is more we can do to optimise our health and be truly well & happy but most of us don’t know what’s really possible.

 

We’d like to be committed to creating change for ourselves and so that we can live a better, or different, life. But we often get started with the best intentions and life gets in the way, as well as emotions such as guilt or shame that looking after ourselves is somehow selfish.

We can then overcomplicate what we think we need to do or should do, or spend our precious energy and resources on our quest to find the ‘magic bullet’ to solve our problems, often taking a passive role in our health ‘care’.

 

Whether you are facing a current illness/ disease/ symptoms, looking at prevention or to live your best life, working with you as a 'whole' person vs a puzzle of parts & symptoms, we let the focus of your health be ‘wellness’, and find your answers to get there.
